Theodore S. Coxe, Jr., a third-generation trust and estate sole practitioner, helps individuals and families achieve their estate planning and trust and estate goals.

With more than 30 years of legal experience, his primary areas of practice include estate planning (including wealth transfer and estate tax planning), estate administration (including probate and fiduciary accounting), trust administration, and tax return preparation.

His office is located in Rosemont, a western suburb of Philadelphia, and he serves clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania – in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.

Ted is a graduate of The Episcopal Academy and Trinity College (Hartford, CT). After several years working in the insurance industry in the Boston area, he received a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. He went on to earn an LL.M. in taxation and an Estate Planning Certificate from Villanova University School of Law.
Outside of the office, Ted has served as a national officer of St. Anthony Hall, a director of the St. Anthony Educational Foundation, Inc., and a director of the St. Anthony Club of Philadelphia. He also has served as treasurer of the Trinity Club of Philadelphia. He is a member of The Tonics, a men’s a cappella group that has been performing throughout the Delaware Valley since 1990. In addition to singing, he enjoys playing tennis and skiing.
